Project 1 - Private Quaker School
Mindy worked very closely with the architects and the Head of School to design many aspects of this new Quaker School; Friends Academy of Westampton. The front entry area was designed, including a large reception desk built by a local craftman. A local sign company created the signage for the three new buildings, based on Mindy's designs. The project consisted of furniture selections for the conference and science rooms, all of the classrooms, as well as the Quaker Meeting area. She worked with the Head of School selecting the playground equipment and designing the property landscaping. This project consisted of one main building, which housed 1st - 4th grades, as well as the lunch room, music room, and art room, with the addition of two smaller buildings that housed the preschool and kindergarten, and the five-room middle school.

Designed reception area including large custom built desk. New signage in metal for an updated modern look. The wall paint and carpet were selected to give a comfortable home feel instead of the usual institutional look.
The new teachers' lounge has a warm, homey feel.
Oak benches were selected for the warm color and style. The paint colors, carpet, and wall signage were chosen with a comfortable feel in mind.

Inspirational quotes were added to the walls in just the right scale and color.
Head of School portrait was commissioned and hung in the entryway. The chosen quote and selected paint color give this reception area a warm, welcoming feel.
